For all local order placed online for delivery in Singapore
Once you've placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
We provide Singpost/Speedpost shipping service with tracking for all orders by default depending on the weight and size of the orders.
There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.
Shipping Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST.
A tracking number will be provided for Singpost/Speedpost shipping service. You can track you order at:

Please kindly allow 3 - 5 working days for your parcel to reach you.
Please note that with Singpost/Speedpost deliveries, preferred delivery timing slots are not available.
*Singpost/Speedpost Delivery are only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, your item will be delivered to a designated post office or POPStation for self-collection within stipulated period stated on your Delivery Advice.
Usually you can expect receiving of your order within 3 to 5 working days from order date.
In rare situation that you do not receive your order within 5 working days or a wrong item being delivered, please contact us via email with your Order ID.

We will send you the quotation for shipping costs. Purchase will be shipped after payment is received.
All customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Should there be any problems with your shipping or delivery, We will be in direct contact with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you.
